Child of War

“Run, Messenger, run.
Let wind carry your tears.
Seek a hole. Find shade. Cower in dark depths.
Flee on fast feet.
Please, don’t find me, please don’t seek my ghost.
Run, Messenger, run.
Run.
Never look back.
Let me rest.
Knowing you have run.
Run, Messenger, run,
and live another day,
Too fight the silent war,
in which we all play.”

Well, hey there.
I have to keep this short, because I need to fall into bed, but I thought I'd tell you all some news I found out today.
As you all know, I've been pretty darn sick, guess what, we found out why.
Blood tests show I have Ross River Virus - which is given to you by mosquito bites.
Apparently it lasts twelve or more months, so wow, lucky me...
I get to feel like THIS for another seven to eight months since we're not quite sure when, or where, I could have picked it up.

What we are hoping, and praying, it hasn't turned into is fibromyalgia, which it can develop into, and is like the virius...however, it means you've got it for life. Apparently their symptoms are very similar, and good'old Rossy can cause it.
So, fingers crossed people, if I don't get over this in another eight or so months, I'm doomed.
So, yeah, I cried today.
However, I did take my little sister to see 2012 and...that movie...people...is worth it. I mean, it was better than Lord Of the Rings and I don't say that, ever...
It was...
Wow...
Just...
Fantastic! End of the world, perfect for a Creationist who believes in the Flood. It had AMAZING graphics and a good balance between action and characters. I loved it. I got sick half way through it, and ended up getting my little sister to drive home (well, she drove there too, I'm so...useless).
Go see it.
And...the new Tinkerbell Movie was wonderful too. I really loved it. I am a sucker for little fairy movies.

In another week, my little sister and I will be moving out. I have to finish all my uni work, which...isn't going so swell, since I just want to lie around.
Oh, and...
Before I forget with this splitting headache shattering my skull, this is my little sisters website.
Go have a look, she did a good job

Anyway, I’ve gotta go too bed.
I’m really sorry for not replying to you all, but I’m just...so tired and my body is just shutting down.
I’ll be around, but our internet has just died too.
Thanks for your love and support guys, honestly, without you all, I’d be a lonely person

Cheers,
Haruka-Shir

I'm a young writer who wonders where she's going in life. I wish I could become a game designer, or work in film design, but at the same time be an author of fantasy and sci-fi while being a stay at home mother...busy life ahead heh =D

Oh and please pray for Lanz! :iconlanzaliassilver:
He just officially converted to Catholicism last week, and now his sister's boyfriend was caught doing drugs and his family is in trouble with the authorities! :faint:

He's been praying you recover safely, so now I have to humbly plead your prayers for him.
:please:

Thanks sister! :huggle:

K umm...Two things. ^^;
One is I'm sorry I haven't responded to anything in a while :forgiveme:

I have to get straight A's in all my classes or switch back to Seton homeschooling and lose my computer! :|

And the other is what pen tablet do you use?
Is it an Intuos4? Or something else?
'Cause I'm hoping to get one but I need details and recommendations from somebody who has one. :XD:

Anything of particular importance I aught to know about them?
( 'Cause I have no clue how to use it or what all it can do or which is best for what price or anything..... :P )

Hey I heard you got just sick:O_o: Hope it will geting better soon already ;P

It will always be two sides there. Live dead, good bad. To Live you need two too. It is not good live only in dreamworld and it is not good to see only the bad.
You need both.
:iconharuka-shir:
Thank you
Hopefully it'll get better at some point! I look forward to it

Hello. Just saying "Hi".

So...

How have you been?
:iconharuka-shir:
Hey, sorry...I haven't been around much of late.
Thanks for popping by to say 'Hi' =D

Hmmm, interesting question, you sure you know the consequences of such a simplistic inquiry. :giggle:

In all honesty, things have actually been quite interesting of late. We think we've figured out what’s wrong with me, and though it’s annoying, I'm relieved because now I know and knowing is nice. Couple of tests tomorrow though, but it’s just blood, and I’m use to them now :)
How about yourself? What’s it like at the moment on the other side of this wonderfully, great big world?
